- Implement the principles of good water governance, including participatory decision-making

Justification
This mainly aims to operationalise basin management and the implementation of the DCE Water Framework Directive in 6 countries of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus. It is part of the European Union's flagship action in the management of water resources within the framework of the Eastern Partnership PO.
