Promote acceleration of investments in science for policy making. Call for sharing information transparently within and between sectors and across borders to effectively inform decision-making processes, including by drawing on coherent data and information systems, innovation and multi-stakeholder engagement and through policy advice and technical assistance. Look at innovative approaches and tools that can have great potential to support water monitoring and groundwater resources assessments.
