Justification
At the end of the 1st edition of the "One Planet Summit" (December 12, 2017 in Paris), the President of the French Republic made the commitment to ensure in 5 years the development of "100 Water and Climate projects for Africa". At the origin of this initiative, RIOB, Secretariat of the Global Alliances for Water and Climate (AMEC), has been leading it ever since.
