In the wake of the Dakar green, blue and unio Talks, the Portuguese Embassy in Dakar has decided to organise the Dakar Water Talk (DwT) in order to build a bridge between Portugal and Senegal, bringing together political and private actors who rely on the strategic sector of the "Water World". The DwT thus aims to establish a link between Portugal and Senegal towards the 9th World Water Forum to be held in Senegal in March 2022.
